Wastewater treatment system for Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant
In 2020 GIPAR Engineering Center started to design a wastewater treatment system for Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant (also known as ChelPipe; abbreviated as ChTPZ) under the contract with Mediana-Filter JSC.

The wastewater treatment system for treating industrial wastewater and rainwater made a part of a multi-stage program of AQA water resource management ran by ChelPipe.

The result-focused approach and end-user’s quality requirements predetermined the choice of the market-leading purification technology as well as the use of state-of-the-art design tools. One of the key requirements was to develop a project using building information modelling technology.

Engineers of Dynamic Models delivered a digital reality of the construction site, including simulation of terrain and soil layers, existing buildings and structures, overpasses and engineering networks. An autonomous field-to cloud workflow was created with Leica RTC360 laser scanner and Hexagon software.

During the design process engineers of Dynamic Models supported GIPAR Engineering Center (GIPAR) team with the following activities:
• development of new families (model objects) of technological equipment;
• setting up Revit project templates for the requirements of the client;
• coordination and cross linking of digital models;
• verification of the requirements for digital models (with the provision of reports on the degree of readiness).

In addition to speed up the development of finishing material lists the MiraCAD application was introduced.

During the field supervision engineers of Dynamic Models tested (explored) the technology for controlling the position of structures and engineering systems using Microsoft HoloLens 2 augmented reality equipment and Trimble Connect software.

As a part of research engineers of Dynamic Models joined by Synergy Systems team implemented a pilot project for creating a digital passport using the BIMeister platform for one of the facilities under construction on the site.
